    The bar service from Juan at the Bamboo was awesome!!! The. Service support from David on the entertainment staff was also awesome!!!! The entire entertainment staff that supported the birthday party for my sister in law was also wonderful.

    The lasting memory of the trip was the service provide in the Ember restaurant. I was dressed in long pants and Gucci Sandals & and singled out by Victor to go change shoes. Once iI returned I noticed the rules only applied to me.

    The resort features fine pools and beautifully landscaped grounds. The room I stayed in was the Preferred Club Junior Suite King Ocean View, offering a spacious layout and amazing ocean views. The staff consistently provided attentive service and demonstrated really good friendliness.

    The beach was not well maintained, which affected my overall experience.

    Couples looking for romance? Think twice!

    The facilities were beautiful, especially the pools! We loved the walk-in rain shower in our room, was like a spa and the staff were really friendly.

    It wasn't cheap, but still manageable.
